This form is to be used to start the protest/appeal process.

Any person submitting a protest must follow the league by-laws for protests and appeals under Section XVII Protest Procedures

Protests may only be made in cases of rules interpretation or interpretation of these By-Laws.

Judgment decisions by officials may not be protested.

Protests of rules interpretations must be made in writing to the AAMSL President, signed by the coach, and athletic director.

The protest must be received no later than 48 hours following the event in question.

Protests must be accompanied by a check in the amount of $100. Made out to the AAMSL

If the appeal is upheld the school making the appeal will have the money returned.

If the appeal is denied the money will go into the league account and will not be refunded.

Member schools are to have the Athletic Director or Coach complete this form.

The information imputed will be shared with the Executive Committee.

This form should be completed to report all exemplary and /or unsportsmanlike behavior by teams, coaches, administration, fans, officials, etc.
